Jeff Webb Varsity Brands is a prominent business leader and former chairman of Herff Jones, a company specializing in manufacturing educational recognition products and achievement-focused motivational materials. He assumed the position of chairman in 2014, following Varsity Brands' acquisition of the company the previous year. Webb left his position as chairman in 2020 to focus on other endeavors.

After completing his studies, he established the Universal Cheerleading Association and the precursor to Varsity Brands, Varsity Spirit.

In addition to his business endeavors, Webb is also a senior news editor of the website Human Events, a long-time Washington, D.C.-based news and analysis outlet. He joined the website in 2020 and co-publishes it alongside executive opinion editor Will Chamberlain. Webb also spearheaded Human Events' takeover of the Canadian online news magazine, The Post Millennial, in 2022.

Webb is a conservationist and philanthropist and enjoys various hobbies, including boating, duck hunting, and one-wheeling. He is also the founder and president of the International Cheer Union, the cheerleading world governing body that serves more than 7.5 million athletes worldwide. Under Webb's leadership, the organization has become a proud Association for International Sports for All member and is registered as a nonprofit international governing entity. Its mission is to advance the sport of cheerleading.
